Yellow flesh fruit will arrive with lower pressures (riper) than you may be used to. White flesh fruit will arrive firm.
Keep all fruit refrigerated under 38ºF (3ºC) until ready to display.
Store as you would apple, strawberries or packaged salads.
Assure proper rotation. The first fruit received should be the first fruit to the shelf.
Always handle with a little extra care to avoid bruising.
